Your account is secured through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for:

- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.
3.3 Account Data
Your account information, order history, and preferences are stored securely in Google Cloud Firestore. You can manage your data through your account settings or by contacting us.
4. Products & Services
4.1 Product Information
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from actual products
- We reserve the right to limit quantities available for purchase
- Product availability is subject to change without notice
- Certain products may have specific terms or restrictions
4.2 Product Quality
ibuluxe is committed to providing premium, organic, and natural products. All our products:
- Comply with applicable food safety standards (FSSAI)
- Are sourced from verified suppliers
- Include accurate ingredient and nutritional information where applicable
- Have clearly mentioned shelf life and storage instructions
4.3 Consumable Products
As we deal in consumable products:
- Please check for allergen information before purchasing
- Store products as per the instructions provided
- Consume before the expiry date mentioned
- We are not liable for issues arising from improper storage or consumption after expiry
5. Orders & Payments
5.1 Placing Orders
When you place an order:
- You are making an offer to purchase the products
- Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until shipment
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
- Orders are subject to product availability
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- Razorpay: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets
- Cashfree: All major payment modes
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - where available, subject to additional charges
5.3 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant gateways
- We do not store your complete card details
- Failed transactions will be refunded within 5-7 business days
- Additional verification may be required for high-value orders
5.4 Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as returns. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Pricing & Taxes
6.1 Pricing
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
- Price changes do not affect orders already placed
6.2 Goods and Services Tax (GST)
All applicable taxes under Indian tax laws including:
- GST at applicable rates (5%, 12%, 18%, or 28% depending on product category)
- Tax invoices will be provided for all orders
- GSTIN can be added for business purchases
6.3 Promotional Offers
- Discounts and offers are subject to specific terms and conditions

7. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- ibuluxe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ibuluxe, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content you submit or post
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:
- The Indian Contract Act, 1872
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006
- Applicable GST laws and regulations
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
12.2 Arbitration
Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through:
- Informal Negotiation: Contact us to resolve the dispute within 30 days
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, parties may opt for mediation
- Arbitration: Disputes may be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with Delhi as the seat of arbitration
12.3 Consumer Grievances
For consumer-related disputes, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services:
- If you violate these Terms
- If we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
- If required by law
- At our sole discretion with or without notice
Upon termination:
- Your right to access our services ceases immediately
- We may delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Pending orders may be cancelled
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date
- Material changes will be notified via email or website notice
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- If you disagree with changes, you should stop using our services
