2. Delivery Coverage

2.1 Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver to most locations across India including:

  • All major cities and metros
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
  • Most towns with postal service
  • Select rural areas (PIN code dependent)

2.2 PIN Code Check

To verify if we deliver to your location:

  • Enter your PIN code on the product page or at checkout
  • Green checkmark = Serviceable
  • Estimated delivery date will be shown

2.3 Non-Serviceable Areas

Some remote areas may not be serviceable due to:

  • Logistics partner limitations
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Restricted or conflict zones
  • Areas where food product delivery is challenging

3.1 Additional Charges

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹29 handling fee

3.2 GST on Shipping

Shipping charges are inclusive of GST at 18% as per Indian tax laws.

5. Order Processing

5.1 Processing Time

  • Orders before 2 PM: Processed same day (Mon-Sat)
  • Orders after 2 PM: Processed next business day
  • Weekend/Holiday orders: Processed on next business day

5.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  1. Order Confirmation: Email/SMS with order details and ID
  2. Processing Update: When order is being packed
  3. Shipped Notification: With tracking number and link
  4. Out for Delivery: When order reaches your city
  5. Delivered: Confirmation with proof of delivery

5.3 Cut-off Times

Same-Day Dispatch Cut-off: 2:00 PM IST (Mon-Sat)

Express Delivery Cut-off: 12:00 PM IST

7. Special Handling for Consumables

As ibuluxe deals primarily in food and consumable products, we take extra care:

7.1 Packaging Standards

  • Food-grade materials: All packaging is food-safe
  • Tamper-evident seals: To ensure product integrity
  • Bubble wrap/cushioning: For fragile items like glass jars
  • Insulated packaging: For temperature-sensitive products during summer

7.2 Perishable Items

For highly perishable products:

  • Express shipping is mandatory
  • Delivery only to select PIN codes
  • Special cold-chain logistics when required
  • Delivery timing coordination via call

7.3 Honey & Liquid Products

  • Leak-proof containers and seals
  • Additional protective packaging
  • Orientation labels for proper handling

8. Delivery Attempts

8.1 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts
  • If unsuccessful, the package is held at the nearest hub for 7 days
  • After 7 days, the package is returned to our warehouse

8.2 Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout:

  • Leave with neighbor/security
  • Preferred delivery time slot
  • Alternative phone number
  • Landmark for easy location

8.3 Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address: We'll contact you to confirm; re-shipping charges apply
  • Customer unavailable: Refund minus shipping charges, or re-ship with charges
  • Refused delivery: Refund minus shipping charges

9.3 Peak Season Advisory

During Diwali, Holi, and other major festivals, please expect delivery times to be 2-3 days longer than usual.
