1. Shipping Overview

At ibuluxe, we partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. We ship across India with special care for our consumable products to maintain quality during transit.

2. Delivery Coverage

2.1 Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver to most locations across India including:

• All major cities and metros
• Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
• Most towns with postal service
• Select rural areas (PIN code dependent)

2.2 PIN Code Check

To verify if we deliver to your location:

• Enter your PIN code on the product page or at checkout
• Green checkmark = Serviceable
• Estimated delivery date will be shown

2.3 Non-Serviceable Areas

Some remote areas may not be serviceable due to:

• Logistics partner limitations
• Extreme weather conditions
• Restricted or conflict zones
• Areas where food product delivery is challenging

3. Shipping Rates

3.1 Additional Charges

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹29 handling fee
• Remote Areas: Additional ₹50-100 may apply for select PIN codes
• Bulk Orders: Custom shipping rates for orders above 10kg

3.2 GST on Shipping

Shipping charges are inclusive of GST at 18% as per Indian tax laws.

4. Delivery Times

Note: Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Processing

5.1 Processing Time

• Orders before 2 PM: Processed same day (Mon-Sat)
• Orders after 2 PM: Processed next business day
• Weekend/Holiday orders: Processed on next business day

5.2 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

1. Order Confirmation: Email/SMS with order details and ID
2. Processing Update: When order is being packed
3. Shipped Notification: With tracking number and link
4. Out for Delivery: When order reaches your city
5. Delivered: Confirmation with proof of delivery

• Click on the order to view real-time status

6.2 Track via Email/SMS

• Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
• You'll be redirected to the courier partner's tracking page

7. Special Handling for Consumables

As ibuluxe deals primarily in food and consumable products, we take extra care:

7.1 Packaging Standards

• Food-grade materials: All packaging is food-safe
• Tamper-evident seals: To ensure product integrity
• Bubble wrap/cushioning: For fragile items like glass jars
• Insulated packaging: For temperature-sensitive products during summer

7.2 Perishable Items

For highly perishable products:

• Express shipping is mandatory
• Delivery only to select PIN codes
• Special cold-chain logistics when required
• Delivery timing coordination via call

7.3 Honey & Liquid Products

• Leak-proof containers and seals
• Additional protective packaging
• Orientation labels for proper handling

8. Delivery Attempts

8.1 Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts
• If unsuccessful, the package is held at the nearest hub for 7 days
• After 7 days, the package is returned to our warehouse

8.2 Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions during checkout:

• Leave with neighbor/security
• Preferred delivery time slot
• Alternative phone number
• Landmark for easy location

8.3 Undelivered Orders

If an order is returned to us due to:

• Incorrect address: We'll contact you to confirm; re-shipping charges apply
• Customer unavailable: Refund minus shipping charges, or re-ship with charges
• Refused delivery: Refund minus shipping charges

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

9.1 Common Causes

• Natural disasters or extreme weather
• Strikes or transportation issues
• Public holidays or festival seasons
• High order volumes during sales
• Address or contact issues
• Customs clearance (for interstate shipments of restricted items)

9.2 What We Do

• Proactively notify you of expected delays
• Provide updated delivery estimates
• Offer refund or cancellation option for significant delays

9.3 Peak Season Advisory

During Diwali, Holi, and other major festivals, please expect delivery times to be 2-3 days longer than usual.

Currently, ibuluxe ships only within India.
