As we primarily deal in consumable food products (organic honey, sweets, wellness items), our return policy is designed keeping food safety and hygiene standards in mind as per FSSAI guidelines.

Follow these steps to initiate a return:
Log in to your account → Go to Order History → Select the order → Click "Return/Refund"
Select the reason for return and upload clear photos of the product and packaging
Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and notify you via email
Once approved, schedule a pickup or drop the product at the nearest courier partner location
Product will be inspected upon receipt at our facility
Refund initiated to original payment method within 3-5 business days after quality check
