Orders & Tracking

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in multiple ways:

  • From your account: Log in to your ibuluxe account, go to "Orders" section, and click on the order you want to track.
  • Order confirmation email: Click the "Track Order" link in your order confirmation email.
  • SMS updates: You'll receive SMS updates with tracking information at key delivery milestones.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that you can use on our logistics partner's website.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order only if it hasn't been shipped yet:

  • Go to your account → Orders
  • Find the order you want to modify/cancel
  • If the "Cancel" button is available, you can proceed with cancellation

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You'll need to refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

We apologize for any inconvenience. Here's what to do:

  • Take photos of the damaged/wrong product and packaging
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ibuluxe.com
  • Include your order number and photos in the email
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund within 48 hours

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment partners Razorpay and Cashfree:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express
  • UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps
  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks
  • Wallets: Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders under ₹5,000 (₹29 additional fee)

Is GST included in the price?

Yes, all prices displayed on ibuluxe are inclusive of GST. The applicable GST rates vary by product category:

  • Essential food items: 0-5% GST
  • Processed foods & sweets: 12% GST
  • Premium products: 18% GST

A detailed tax invoice with GSTIN breakdown will be sent to your registered email after order confirmation.

My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?

Don't worry! If your payment failed but money was deducted:

  • The amount will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5-7 business days
  • Check your bank statement after 7 days
  • If the refund doesn't appear, contact us at payments@ibuluxe.com with your order attempt details and transaction reference

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. However, due to the nature of our products:

  • Returnable: Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
  • Non-returnable: Opened products, perishable items, products past expiry, items without original packaging

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your ibuluxe account
  2. Go to Orders section
  3. Select the order containing the item you want to return
  4. Click "Return Item" and select the reason
  5. Upload photos if applicable
  6. Schedule a pickup or choose self-ship option

You'll receive a confirmation email with return instructions and pickup details.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refund processing times depend on your payment method:

  • UPI/Wallets: 1-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • COD orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days

Refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours after we receive and verify the returned product.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping charges?

Our shipping rates are:

  • FREE shipping on orders above ₹499
  • Orders below ₹499: ₹49 flat rate
  • Remote areas: Additional ₹30-50 may apply
  • COD fee: ₹29 additional

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Delhi NCR: 1-2 business days
  • Metro cities: 2-4 business days
  • Tier 2 cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other areas: 5-7 business days
  • Remote locations: 7-10 business days

Orders placed before 2 PM are typically processed the same day.

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver across India to over 20,000+ pin codes. To check if we deliver to your area:

  • Enter your pin code on any product page
  • You'll see delivery availability and estimated time

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We're working on expanding our delivery network.

Account & Profile

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is easy:

  • Click on the "Account" icon in the header
  • Choose "Sign Up" or sign in with Google
  • Enter your email, create a password (10+ characters with mixed case, numbers, special characters)
  • Verify your email address
  • Complete your profile with name and phone number

You can also create an account during checkout.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password:

  1. Click on "Account" icon
  2. Click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your email for reset link (check spam folder too)
  5. Click the link and create a new password

The reset link expires in 1 hour for security reasons.

How do I update my profile or address?

To update your profile:

  • Log in to your account
  • Click on your name in the header → Profile
  • Update your name, phone, or email
  • Click "Save Changes"

To manage addresses, go to Profile → Addresses section where you can add, edit, or delete delivery addresses.

How do I delete my account?

We're sad to see you go! To delete your account:

Note: Account deletion is permanent and you'll lose order history, saved addresses, and any store credits.

Products

Are your products really organic?

Yes! At ibuluxe, we're committed to natural, healthy, and organic products:

  • Products marked "Organic" are certified by recognized Indian organic certification bodies
  • We source directly from verified organic farms and artisans
  • Our sweets are made using traditional recipes without artificial preservatives
  • Certification details are mentioned on product pages

How should I store the products?

Storage instructions vary by product type:

  • Sweets & Mithai: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Consume within 7-15 days.
  • Dry fruits & Nuts: Store in airtight containers in a cool place. Refrigeration extends shelf life.
  • Organic products: Follow label instructions. Most prefer cool, dark storage.
  • Wellness products: Store away from direct sunlight. Check individual product labels.

Always check the "Best Before" date and product-specific storage instructions on packaging.

Do products contain allergens?

We clearly label all known allergens on our products:

  • Common allergens (nuts, dairy, gluten) are highlighted
  • Check the "Ingredients" and "Allergen Information" section on each product page
  • Products are manufactured in facilities that may process nuts, dairy, and wheat
