Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid ibuluxe account with a verified email and mobile number, and provide accurate KYC details: a genuine name and address, a photo ID, an address proof, and a bank account or UPI ID for payouts. Providing a PAN or GST number is optional but affects your tax rate (see section 7). We may approve or decline any application at our discretion.

2. How referrals are tracked

Once approved, you get a unique referral link (e.g. ibuluxe.com/r/?a=IBXA-XXXXXXXX). When someone clicks it, we record the click and remember your code on their device (first-touch, for up to 90 days). If they create an account or place an order, that customer is linked to you permanently as their referring affiliate. Attribution is first-touch: the first affiliate a customer arrives through is the one credited, and this does not change later.

3. Commission & tiers

You earn a commission on the product value (order subtotal, excluding taxes and shipping) of orders placed by customers you referred. Commission is tiered and applied progressively across your lifetime confirmed sales:

• 8% on your first ₹50,000 of referred sales
• 9% on referred sales from ₹50,000 up to ₹1,00,000
• 10% on all referred sales above ₹1,00,000

Tiers apply marginally — for example, if your lifetime sales cross ₹50,000 on a given order, only the portion above ₹50,000 earns the higher rate.

4. Benefit for referred customers

Customers who join through your link earn 5% cashback on their own purchases, credited to their ibuluxe account after each order is delivered and its return window closes. This is our thank you to them for supporting your recommendation, and it is separate from your commission (it is not deducted from your earnings).

5. When earnings confirm

A referred order first appears as pending. After the order is delivered, a 5-day return window begins. Your commission stays locked during this window. Once the window closes without a return or cancellation, the commission is confirmed and moves to your withdrawable balance. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, the related commission is voided.

6. Withdrawals & payouts

You can request a payout once your withdrawable balance is ₹500 or more. Requests are processed manually by our team to your saved bank account or UPI. When we send the transfer, we record the transaction reference and upload proof, and you receive a confirmation email with that proof attached. If a payout can't be completed (e.g. incorrect bank details), the amount is returned to your withdrawable balance so nothing is lost.

7. Tax (TDS)

As required by Indian law, we deduct tax at source (TDS) on affiliate commissions:

• 5% if you have a valid PAN or GST number on file;
• 10% if you have not provided a PAN or GST number.

TDS is deducted before the amount is confirmed to your withdrawable balance. You are responsible for your own income-tax obligations. We recommend adding your PAN or GST to benefit from the lower rate.

8. Fair use — what's not allowed

To keep the program fair, the following are prohibited and will void related commissions:

• Self-referrals. You cannot earn commission on your own purchases or by referring yourself. Orders you place on your own account are never attributed to you.
• Self-shipping / fake orders. Ordering to your own address to farm commissions, or placing orders you intend to return, is not allowed. This is why we verify identity and address at onboarding.
• Spam or misrepresentation. No unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading claims about products or pricing, trademark bidding on "ibuluxe" terms, or posing as ibuluxe.
• Cookie stuffing / forced clicks or any automated, fraudulent, or manipulated traffic.
• Unauthorised discount claims. You may only share the benefits described here.

9. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account, and withhold or reverse unconfirmed commissions, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or fraudulent activity has occurred. Confirmed, lawfully earned commissions already in your withdrawable balance will be honoured. You may leave the program at any time.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these terms to keep the program healthy; material changes will be communicated by email or on this page. Continuing as an affiliate after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions? Email connect@ibuluxe.com.
